- New Client Webstore Inquiries - after qualifying the prospective store, questions should be sent, in a summarized form to Bill Whitehead. It often makes sense to schedule a call with Bill and with the client.
- Performance Issues with current webstores - If you suspect a programming bug, notify Bill Whitehead.
- Webstore banners, style, and branding questions or concerns - For changes or improvements, notify Tim Parrotte.
- Product questions - If an item is not showing on the client webstore, if the wrong image or price is showing, if you need to update a product description, item name, or price, email Ian Hickling.
- Inventory orders - new and restocking inventory orders should be sent to Frank Jackson in Excel format by email or on a new Freshdesk ticket.
William (Bill) Whitehead - Director of Software Development - Bill can answer questions about storefront features currently available and in development.
Joel Rubinsky - Software Developer - Don't contact Joel directly unless he reaches out to you in response to something you've reported to Bill Whitehead or Ian. Our developers need to be able to write code and work on a schedule without interruptions.
Mike Rubinsky - Software Developer - Don't contact Mike directly unless he reaches out to you in response to something you've reported to Bill Whitehead or Ian. Our developers need to be able to write code and work on a schedule without interruptions.
Nancy Ryan - Senior Project Manager - Reach out to Ian Hickling first. If Ian cannot answer your question, he will escalate it to Nancy Ryan.
Ian Hickling - Storefront Program Manager - Ian can address most issues with Storefronts items, SKU Creation, as well as bulk updates to reorder points and reorder quantities.
Frank Jackson - Inventory Project Manager - Frank creates all inventory POs and sends non-apparel POs to the factory. He forwards apparel POs to the Apparel Team.
Tim Parrotte - Front-end Development/ User Experience. Tim develops the look and feel of our company stores, as well as sales tools like demo stores and Artcraft Select.
