  • Delayed shipment
  • Partial shipment on the way
  • Items unavailable and order needs to be cancelled.


  • Send a new email through Freshdesk from GoldTeam@ArtcraftPromos.com
  • Include
    • Sorry/unfortunately
    • A description of the issue
    • An alternative or set of alternatives
    • An expectation for when the problem will be resolved
  • Even if there is no good solution, we need to act like we are giving the customer at least some help
