- Items unavailable and order needs to be cancelled.
- Send a new email through Freshdesk from GoldTeam@ArtcraftPromos.com
- Include
- Sorry/unfortunately
- A description of the issue
- An alternative or set of alternatives
- An expectation for when the problem will be resolved
- Even if there is no good solution, we need to act like we are giving the customer at least some help
